DXTech ("we", "our", or "us") built the Nhắc Nhở: Lịch Việt app as a free application. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information when you use our app.
Nhắc Nhở: Lịch Việt is designed with privacy in mind. We collect as little information as possible:
All your event data is stored locally on your device in the app's sandboxed storage. Widget data is shared between the app and its widget extension via a shared App Group container on your device. No event data is transmitted to external servers (except for the optional AI feature described above).
The optional natural-language event creation feature sends only the text you submit to our self-hosted parser. The parser applies deterministic rules and does not forward your text to an external AI model provider.
Nhắc Nhở: Lịch Việt uses local notifications (via Apple's UserNotifications framework) to alert you about upcoming events. Notification scheduling happens entirely on your device. We do not use push notification servers.
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties. Your event data remains on your device.
Our app does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. The app does not require account creation or any personally identifiable information to function.
Since all data is stored locally on your device, you can delete all app data at any time by deleting the app from your device. You can also delete individual events within the app.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
